1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach, you must notify aki123 immediately by contacting our customer support team. We reserve the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized activity.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

aki123 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we may require you to complete a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.2 Payment Method Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. If we determine that you have used a payment method not belonging to you, we reserve the right to void all related transactions, confiscate winnings, and close your Account.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal or prohibited activities.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

Players may request withdrawal of their Account balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following terms:

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

7. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

By using aki123's Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a fair and honest manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our platform
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or aki123 staff
• Sharing Account access or transferring funds between accounts

8.1 Game Results and Disputes

All game outcomes on the aki123 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or official results from sports events and live dealers. aki123 does not control or influence game results. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure, all affected bets may be voided at aki123's discretion.

If you believe an error has occurred with a bet or game outcome, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the incident. aki123's decision on any dispute is final and binding.

9. Limitations of Liability

aki123 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

aki123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon Account termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining genuine cash balance may be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or amounts owed to aki123, subject to successful identity verification.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the aki123 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of aki123 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
